Overview
Our client is a well-established, privately held international investment group headquartered in Singapore. Small, lean IT function - you'll own end-to-end technology support for a high-standards environment where the users are VIPs and senior executives.
Responsibilities
- First-class end user support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP, and AV/VC systems
- Full lifecycle ownership - procurement, deployment, configuration, and ongoing hardware support
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure including AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, and file/print services
- Virtual infrastructure (Hyper-V), SAN administration, and Exchange Server support
- Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra administration
- Manage AV and video conferencing systems
Requirements
- Proven IT support experience in a financial services environment - banking, asset management, PEVC, or a similarly professional setting
- Hands-on experience across Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra stack
- Solid networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with AV and video conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Crestron, or equivalent)
- Vendor management and procurement experience
- Bloomberg terminal support experience is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English
