Videographer/Photographer (Hospitality)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for marketing, social media, campaigns, products, and events.
• Conceptualize creative ideas and collaborate with the marketing and content teams to bring them to life.
• Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit photos and videos to brand standards, including color correction, retouching, sound design, and motion graphics when needed.
• Maintain organization of digital assets, including naming conventions and file management.
• Scout shoot locations and set up necessary equipment (lighting, backdrops, props).
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visual guidelines, and project goals.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in photography, videography, and content creation.
• Manage equipment inventory and maintain all gear in good working condition.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming and production meetings.

Required Qualification:

• 1-2 experience as a videographer, photographer, or similar creative role.
• Proficiency with professional camera systems (DSLR, mirrorless, video cameras).
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and staging.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of video formats, frame rates, codecs, and post-production workflows.
