Lead creative composition of moving visuals and motion graphics to tell a story as required with minimal supervision
Create original video content and creative video editing
Collaborate with the Video Team Lead and producers to understand project requirements and objectives
Adapt and localise international content for various platforms with assets for social platforms being a key requirement
Must be able to edit without storyboards or provide your own interpretation of an offline edit
Deliver projects to a high standard within specified time frames
Export, compress, and reformat video files
Stay up to date with current moving image trends
Contribute to creative solutions within the post-production unit
Able to work independently and also be a team player.
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the company's brand and client expectations.
Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall visual appeal of the videos.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Understanding of Digital marketing
- Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
- Strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Cloud (PremierePro, AfterEffects, Photoshop etc)
- Good communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet tight deadlines
- Creative Storyteller - a strong conceptual thinker with good knowledge in storyboarding.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Takes initiative in ideating ideas and problem-solving.
