The Role
You'll be the engine behind our social video output — concepting, shooting, editing, and delivering content that earns attention (not just impressions). From TikTok bursts to polished brand films, you'll take projects from raw idea to finished asset, no handoffs, no excuses.
What You'll Do
- Own the full video lifecycle: concept → shoot → edit → deliver
- Translate briefs into thumb-stopping social-first video content
- Shoot on-location and in-studio with a sharp eye for framing, lighting, and movement
- Edit with pace, rhythm, and platform-native instincts (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Craft cuts that hook early, land hard, and loop clean
- Direct talent when needed — from clients to creators
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and account teams to elevate ideas
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, and what actually works in-market
What You Bring
- Strong portfolio of social-first video work (show us what performs, not just what looks pretty)
- Ability to shoot and edit confidently — you're not waiting on anyone else
- Mastery of long/short editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Good grasp of lighting, sound, and camera fundamentals
- Instinct for storytelling in short-form formats
- Speed without sacrificing craft
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment
Bonus Points
- Motion graphics / basic animation skills (After Effects)
- Experience working with brands or agencies
- Understanding of content performance metrics (you know what good looks like beyond vibes)
