Videographer & Editor

We're looking for a creative and driven Videographer & Editor who can take projects from concept to final delivery. You'll be involved throughout the production process—from developing creative ideas and planning shoots to filming, editing and delivering polished content across a variety of platforms.

You are confident operating both in controlled studio environments and fast-paced, run-and-gun shoots. Comfortable directing on-screen talent and making sound decisions on set, you know how to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining high production standards.

Beyond strong camera and editing skills, you're a visual storyteller who understands how to craft compelling narratives through thoughtful shot composition, pacing and editing. You shoot with post-production in mind, collaborate effectively with producers and creatives, and are always looking for ways to elevate the quality of your work.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into compelling and executable visual concepts
• Collaborate with producers to shape platform-relevant narratives aligned with brand tone and visual identity
• Lead different aspects of production – camera, lighting, sound, crew and logistics – across different shoot environments
• Apply strong visual judgement and quick thinking to capture high-quality footage under varied conditions
• Direct on-screen talent and troubleshoot on-set challenges to ensure smooth execution
• Deliver organised footage with clear post-production handovers, including references and editorial notes
• Edit or supervise edits in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, with attention to storytelling, pacing and platform-native formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, 16:9, etc.)

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional videography experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and content relevance. Fresh graduates with good aptitude and a compelling portfolio are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to independently plan and execute video shoots, from pre-production preparation through to production, while collaborating closely with producers and editors.
• Proficient in operating professional camera systems, lighting and audio equipment across both studio and on-location shoots.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro. Experience with colour grading, audio mixing, After Effects or motion graphics will be an advantage.
• Strong visual storytelling instincts, with a good understanding of pacing, shot composition and editing—particularly for social-first and short-form content.
• Familiar with content trends, storytelling styles and native formats across Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• A proactive communicator who works well both independently and as part of a collaborative production team.
• Organised, resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required, including evenings, weekends and occasional overseas assignments.
• Diploma or degree in Film, Media Production or a related discipline is preferred. We place significant value on relevant experience and the strength of your portfolio.
