- Develop creative concepts, storyboards and shot ideas together with the marketing team.
- Create engaging hooks, storytelling and visual sequences for short-form videos.
- Edit videos including colour correction, audio, subtitles, transitions and basic motion graphics.
- Take high-quality photographs of products, interiors and completed projects.
- Repurpose footage into multiple pieces of content across different platforms.
- Keep up with current social-media trends, filming styles and content formats.
- Organise and maintain our photo/video content library.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to continuously improve content performance.

- Good eye for premium, clean and aesthetically pleasing visual content.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with a marketing team.
- Experience shooting interiors, architecture, renovation, lifestyle or product content would be an advantage.

What Matters Most to Us
We're less concerned about qualifications and more interested in your portfolio, creativity and ability to produce great content.
We want someone who can look at an ordinary product, project or situation and think:
How can I turn this into something interesting that people will stop scrolling to watch
If you enjoy creating beautiful visuals, experimenting with content ideas and seeing your work published across real brand campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
Please include your portfolio, showreel or links to previous work when applying.
