We're looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer / Content Creator who can bring stories to life through engaging visual content. You'll work closely with the Marketing Executive and creative team to conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Production & Planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to plan monthly video concepts based on approved content calendars.
- Develop detailed storyboards and shot lists aligned with campaign goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Executives, Designers, and Management) for concept approvals.
- Plan shoot schedules and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
- Conduct on-site recces to assess lighting, sound, and filming conditions before shoots.
2. Video Production
- Capture high-quality video and audio for a variety of content - including corporate, product, event, and social media videos.
- Demonstrate good lighting and sound recording techniques to ensure professional quality.
- Adapt quickly to different environments and troubleshoot on-site challenges (e.g., lighting, noise, or space constraints).
- Direct on-set talent and maintain a positive, professional attitude during shoots.
3. Post-Production & Editing
- Edit short-form videos (typically 15-60 seconds) according to each brand's tone and aesthetic.
- Perform color correction, sound balancing, subtitle placement, transitions, and music syncing.
- Incorporate feedback from supervisors and clients efficiently within deadlines.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Maintain organized folders and file naming conventions for all footage, project files, and final deliverables in Google Drive / BLUE.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Marketing Executives to ensure all video deliverables align with campaign strategy.
- Coordinate with Designers, Editors, and Management to ensure cohesive creative output.
- Update daily progress via WhatsApp or internal communication channels (Done Yesterday / Plans for Today / Blockers).
- Communicate effectively with clients (where relevant) to arrange shoot schedules and gather feedback.
5. Quality Control & Delivery
- Review all videos for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines before submission.
- Submit videos for supervisor approval before sending to clients.
- Upload final approved videos to the client's social media calendar folder in BLUE.
- Manage video rights, usage permissions, and maintain secure backups of all completed works.

- Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (depending on project).
- Visual Tools: Canva (for basic editing, thumbnail design).
- Writing Tools: Quillbot / ChatGPT (for captions or content refinement).
- Workflow: Google Drive / BLUE (for file storage and updates).

Note
This role focuses on producing high-quality, trend-aligned video content for social media and campaigns.Shoots are typically conducted on weekdays (up to 4 hours per session), with adjusted work hours for late-afternoon shoots. Responsibilities may evolve depending on project scope, client needs, and campaign priorities.
