The role

We're looking for a hands-on Video Production Executive to join our production team. You'll involved from pre-production to post-production, collaborate closely with clients and teammates, and help deliver polished videos on time and to spec.

Key responsibilities

- Involved in shoots, creating videos that are easy on the eyes.

- Jump in wherever needed, whether it is handling sound, lights or the camera - you're the all-around video guru.

- Get in on the action before shooting starts, helping out with stuff like shot lists.

- Keep things neat and tidy by making sure equipments are well organised.

- Ensure proper storage and organisation of video footage and data.

- Work closely with our team and our clients, because collaboration is key.

- Maintain effective communication with stake holders to ensure smooth production.

- Cultivate positive relationships with clients to foster recurring projects.

- Perform other duties as requested by the production team to ensure all necessary tasks are performed in a proficient manner that adheres to the quality expected from the company.

- Perform the full range of editing works from splicing, sound balancing, to colour correction and colour grading.

- Adding that extra flair to gifs and short videos with cool effects and elements.

What we're looking for

- 1-2 years experience as a videographer and video editor.

- Strong visual storytelling instincts and an eye for detail.

- Comfortable working solo on small shoots and collaborating on larger productions.

- Problem-solver who adapts well in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

- Demonstrable portfolio of video work.

Nice to have

- Passion for storytelling and content creation.

- Experience in video conceptualisation and storyboarding.
