We're seeking a versatile Video Producer to own content from idea to post.

Key Responsibilities

. Brainstorm, script, and produce short-form vertical videos optimised for TikTok/Reels, drawing from Singapore's vibrant local news and stories.

. Produce long-form content for YouTube, including in-depth storytelling on Singapore topics.

. Independently manage the full video production cycle from concept and planning through shooting, editing, effects, captions, and final delivery.

. Handle shoots in local Singapore locations efficiently.

. Liaise directly with clients on video production matters for campaigns, including briefs, feedback, and revisions.

. Collaborate closely with our small team to deliver quick-turnaround content.

. Repurpose assets for multiple platforms and track trends for engaging stories.

Requirements

. Minimum 2 years in video production/editing, with a strong portfolio (social media vids preferred).

. Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalents.

. Proven ability to independently see projects from start to end without heavy oversight.

. Experience liaising with clients on production needs.

. Solid grasp of short & long form video trends, pacing, and storytelling.

. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, small-team environments.

Nice-to-Haves

. Experience with AI video tools or digital content workflows.

. Motion graphics or animation skills.

. Startup background with multi-hat experience.
