Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Video Producer at alice.

At alice, Producers are more than project managers. They are trusted partners who help clients translate objectives into meaningful visual communication. As a Producer, you will oversee projects from concept development to final delivery, working closely with clients to bring compelling stories to life. We are looking for someone who is organised, solutions-oriented, and confident in building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand client objectives and proactively recommend solutions that best achieve their communication goals
• Lead and manage projects from briefing through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate all aspects of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors
• Anticipate project challenges and stay one step ahead by identifying risks and implementing solutions early
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
• Monitor project expenses
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to the Executive Producer

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in video production project management role
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, resourceful, and confident in solving problems independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
• Passion for storytelling, communications, and creating meaningful content
