This role is ideal for a creative social media professional passionate about authentic storytelling and content creation. You will play a key part in shaping the brand's online presence by transforming existing videos and photos into compelling TikToks, Instagram Reels, posts, and carousels. The focus is on building trust and transparency through behind-the-scenes content, factory visits, supplier relationships, and travel stories from Vietnam. Deliverables
- Edit and repurpose raw video and photo content into engaging short-form videos and posts for TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop and implement strong hooks, captions, and music to maximize audience engagement.
- Craft storytelling-driven content that highlights the sourcing journey, factory visits, and supplier relationships.
- Schedule and publish content consistently to grow the brand's social media following.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to align content with brand values and messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and editing social media content for TikTok and Instagram, with a portfolio of successful campaigns or posts.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft authentic, engaging narratives from raw footage and images.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and social media management platforms.
