Payout: $6 - $65/hour

Role Overview

We are hiring Video Editors to work on short-form, long-form, and branded content. In this role, you will edit videos for platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and educational channels using your preferred editing suite. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, courses, documentaries) video.

- Color grade, audio mix, and sound design projects.

- Create motion graphics, lower thirds, and basic VFX.

- Collaborate with creators, producers, and marketers.

- Deliver platform-optimized output on agreed timelines.

- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional video editing experience.

- Strong proficiency in at least one: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Kdenlive, ShotCut, or OpenShot.

- Eye for pacing, story structure, and visual rhythm.

- Reliable output and strong communication.

- Portfolio or reel (required).

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- After Effects motion graphics experience.

- Audio engineering skills (mixing, mastering, noise reduction).

- AI-powered editing tools (Descript, Runway, Opus Clip).

- Subtitle creation and localization.

- Experience with color grading and LUTs.
