Join a dynamic fashion-tech platform as a freelance video editor, responsible for producing high-impact video content that showcases innovative products and creative processes. This ongoing role focuses on two primary video formats: cinematic product and vision films (30–90 seconds) with a polished, editorial aesthetic and immersive sound design, and short-form social Reels (15–60 seconds, vertical 9:16) that blend user-generated content, product-in-use, and behind-the-scenes moments from the design journey. Videos will be used across websites, investor presentations, app stores, and paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can consistently deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Deliverables
- Create 8–10 videos per month, alternating between cinematic product/vision films and short-form social Reels.
- Ensure cinematic films are visually compelling, with strong sound design and no talking head elements.
- Edit Reels in an editorial style, mixing UGC, product demonstrations, and design process highlights.
- Deliver Reels within 3–5 days and cinematic films within 5–7 days of assignment.
- Provide 3 samples demonstrating expertise in both video styles.
- Incorporate up to 2 rounds of revisions per video as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing both cinematic and short-form social video content, ideally for fashion, tech, or creative brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video styles, including product films and editorial Reels.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Advanced skills in sound design, color grading, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
