Job Responsibilities:
Perform motion design and video editing tasks.
Produce engaging social media video content (combining live-action footage and templates).
Participate in design discussions and provide professional feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing department to resolve technical and creative challenges.
Participate in early-stage creative brainstorming, concept ideation, and establishing design directions.
Provide support for static/graphic design tasks as required.
Collaborate with business and creative teams to execute multiple projects independently or jointly, from concept to final delivery.
Produce high-quality video content that adheres to the company's internal standards.
Utilize existing templates to enhance production efficiency when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in motion graphic design and video editing.
Possess an excellent and comprehensive portfolio/showreel.
Solid understanding of basic graphic design principles (layout, typography, and color theory).
Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video production.
Strong passion for Visual Effects (VFX) with the drive to continuously push creative and technical boundaries.
Strong aesthetic sense, with expertise in typography, color application, and composition.
Ability to design in alignment with brand guidelines and existing visual styles.
Requires proficiency in Mandarin to edit Chinese video content and liaise with Mandarin-speaking working partners.
