The Role

You'll be the person who transforms raw footage into polished, engaging videos that live on LinkedIn, YouTube, and across our social platforms. This is real video editing work—colour grading, pacing, sound design, graphics, the whole thing. We need someone who understands visual storytelling and can take direction while bringing creative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and social platforms (short-form and long-form)
• Handle colour grading, audio mixing, and visual effects
• Manage subtitles, graphics, and motion design
• Collaborate with the creative and content team on video concepts
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats

Who We're Looking For

• Proficiency in video editing software (Capcut)
• Portfolio showing actual editing work (not just tutorials)
• Understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Self-starter who asks questions and problem-solves

Singapore • 6 months (with opportunity to transition to part-time )
