As a young startup, we've successfully raised USD $240k+ on Kickstarter, received the prestigious Red Dot Design Award for our pepper grinder, and have been featured in CNA Radio and Architectural Digest.

We are a design-forward ecosystem brand standing at the intersection of high-performance statement hardware and specialty spices that make everyday eating anything but bland. Our grinders and peppercorns are just the starting point for turning seasoning into sensory rituals for all tastemakers globally.

We are looking for a Video Creator (Videographer & Editor in one) to bring Piper's visual world to life.

You are a tastemaker with food and with the screen. Working closely with the Co-founders and Chief Creative, you will translate the flavor, aroma, tactile textures, design obsessions and rebel energy of our brand into thumb-stopping video storytelling. You don't just make content, you deliver a strong artistic POV.

• Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
• Type: Full-time or Freelance on Retainer (Singapore-based)

• Short-Form Storytelling: Own the visual narrative for our social platforms, crafting quick, punchy, and highly engaging videos that capture our vibes: Tasty & Tasteful, Bold & Human.
• Brand Campaigns & Long-Form Editorial: Contribute to larger brand campaign videos, behind-the-scenes founder stories, and cinematic editorial content.
• End-to-End Production: Handle both the shoot and the edit with support from our chief creative. You are comfortable shooting on an iPhone for raw, of-the-moment authenticity, and equally skilled on professional cameras for highly styled studio shoots.
• Experimental Creator: Love to experiment with new visual styles, sound design, lighting, pacing, visual humor, or your own flavor

• A Tastemaker: You have a deeply refined sense of aesthetics and an appreciation for design, table art, and culinary culture. Bonus if you love making food!
• An Artistic POV: Your portfolio shows you have a voice. You don't just shoot how-to videos; you create atmospheres.
• Speed & Detail: A fast executor who doesn't compromise on craftsmanship. You move quickly from concept to final cut while obsessing over the details.
• Highly Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you collaborate directly with the founders to build the visual brand world.
