Our client a leading global technology company operating one of the world's largest digital platforms, is looking for a Video Content Producer to push the boundaries of AI-assisted storytelling and help define the next generation of digital media.
This is a 3 months contract with possibilities of extension thereafter.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop compelling storylines, characters, and narrative structures for short-form digital content (1-3 minutes)
- Direct and guide generative AI tools to achieve specific artistic styles, tone, and emotional impact
- Produce and refine content by curating, assembling, and iterating on AI-generated media for quality, pacing, and overall aesthetic
- Evaluate content quality against creative benchmarks, identifying gaps such as visual inconsistencies, unnatural dialogue, or weak narrative hooks
- Conduct A/B testing and maintain quality insights to improve output standards and consistency
- Provide structured feedback on tools, workflows, and features to enhance content creation processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in video production, directing, or scriptwriting and ability to translate written content into engaging video formats
- Strong storytelling instincts with a deep understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional engagement
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway)
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to spot subtle inconsistencies in content
