As a Vice Principal (Pre-school), you will be responsible for the following duties:

. Contribute to the strategic direction and overall management of the pre-school by working closely with and supports the Centre Leader in management and delivery of quality curriculum.

. Curriculum planning and establishes good relationship with parents and key stakeholders.

. Assists in manpower planning and scheduling of roster.

. Assists in management and optimization of centre resources.

. Implementation of administrative matters, centre programs and events.

. Any other ad hoc matters if required.

Requirements

. Degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.

. Possess 2 years of supervisory roles would be advantageous.

. Possess knowledge in SPARK Accreditation process.
