About Us - Where Music Meets Inclusion

The Radiant Spectrum is a music enrichment studio in Singapore that celebrates every learner's unique rhythm. We welcome children and adults with diverse abilities- including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, selective mutism, speech delays, tics, and more.

The Role

You'll drive teaching excellence across our school - modelling best practices, overseeing curriculum delivery, mentoring coaches, and ensuring every student thrives regardless of their support needs. You'll also be a trusted partner to parents and a key voice in our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily academic operations: scheduling, lesson planning, and curriculum development
• Adapt instruction to individual IEPs, sensory, emotional, and learning profiles
• Mentor and develop teaching staff through coaching, observations, and training programmes
• Manage parent communications, progress updates, and escalations with empathy
• Oversee student documentation, progress tracking, and quality assurance
• Support school-wide planning, events, enrolment, and compliance
• support school administrative policies

What We're Looking For

• ABRSM Grade 5+ (Grade 8 or equivalent preferred)
• 5+ years teaching experience, ideally in SPED ( or Occupational Therapy) , inclusive, or early intervention settings
• Proven IEP planning and progress tracking skills
• Experience in a senior/lead teacher or academic leadership role
• Strong coaching, communication, and parent management skills
• A calm, organised professional who embodies inclusive education values
• able to commit to 5 days work week ( Mondays off)

Have SPED background with Vice Principal experience but no Piano/music experience We would still love to hear from you!
