Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Group Tax team. This is a strategic role where you will assist to manage UOB's global transfer pricing framework, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and partner with business units to support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Policy & Governance Maintain and enhance UOB's global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD guidelines, BEPS requirements, and local regulations.
- Ensure Compliance Prepare and review Master File, Local File, and CbCR documentation for UOB entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advisory & Planning Provide TP input on new products, business restructurings, and cross-border transactions.
- Audit & Controversy Support responses to TP audits and assist with Advance Pricing Agreements or Mutual Agreement Procedures where applicable.
- Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Units to implement TP policies effectively.
Requirements
- Degree & Expertise: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, with professional qualifications preferred.
- Experience: Over 8 years of transfer pricing experience, including managerial experience in a Big 4 firm; financial services or banking sector experience strongly preferred.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS, and regional TP regulations, coupled with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mindset & Flexibility: Strong sense of ownership and adaptability, willingness to take on diverse responsibilities as business needs evolve, and ability to travel if required.
