Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy and Digital Vision
- Gain insights into global supply chain technology trends (AIoT, blockchain traceability, digital twin, automation, etc.), and plan technology-driven business innovation and efficiency improvement paths in combination with the company's business scenarios.
- As the leader of the company's digital transformation, drive the penetration of technological thinking and culture within the organization, and empower data-driven decision-making and intelligent operations of each business unit.
2. Product R&D and Architecture Governance
- Coordinate the product planning and R&D management of the company's core business systems, including but not limited to:
- Supply Chain Core System: Procurement Management (SRM), Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), Customs Management (CMS), Order Management (OMS), etc.
- B2B Trading Platform: Online ordering platform, supplier collaboration portal, mobile application, etc. targeting B-side customers.
- Central Kitchen Digitalization: Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Intelligent Scheduling, Recipe Management, Food Safety Traceability System.
- Integration Of Business And Finance: ERP System Integration, Settlement System, Cost Accounting System.
- Responsible for the planning and governance of technical architecture, establishing a highly available, highly scalable, secure, and stable Hybrid Cloud/private cloud technical architecture to support the rapid iteration and elastic expansion of multi-regional and multi-industry business operations.
- Drive the technological evolution of API-first, service-oriented, and Mid-Platform, and build an agile and efficient R&D delivery system (DevOps, CI/CD, agile development).
3. Data Assets and Intelligent Decision-Making
- Build a company-level data mid-platform, integrate whole-link data across the supply chain (procurement, logistics, warehousing, customs, production, sales), establish unified data standards and governance systems, and create a solid data foundation.
- Lead the construction of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analysis platforms, provide management with visual operational dashboards and decision support systems, and achieve data-driven refined operation.
- Explore and implement AI/ML applications in supply chain scenarios, such as demand forecasting, intelligent replenishment, inventory optimization, transportation route optimization, anomaly early warning, image recognition for inspection, etc.
4. Infrastructure and Information Security
- Coordinate the planning, operation, and maintenance of global IT infrastructure, including data centers, network architectures, cloud computing resources, disaster recovery systems, etc., to ensure business continuity (SLA above 99.9%).
- Establish and improve a sound information security management system (ISO27001), lead the construction of network security, data security, privacy protection, and compliance, and prevent the risks of data leakage and cyberattacks.
- Responsible for disaster recovery drills and emergency response plans for core business systems, with the ability to quickly respond to sudden technical failures and security incidents.
5. Application of Internet of Things and Automation Technology
Combining warehousing logistics and central kitchen scenarios, promote the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology applications, including but not limited to:
- Cold Chain Monitoring: Full-process Temperature and Humidity Sensor Deployment and Real-time Early Warning.
- Warehouse Automation: System integration and control of AGV, automated sorting lines, and intelligent shelves.
- Asset Tracking: Real-time positioning and tracking of in-transit goods, pallets, and turnover boxes based on RFID/GPS.
- Explore the automated application of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in repetitive tasks such as customs declaration and financial reconciliation to improve human efficiency.
6. Technical Team Building and Management
- Lead and develop the technology team (including product, R&D, testing, operations and maintenance, data, etc.), establish a stepped talent echelon, and build a technology elite force capable of fighting tough battles, understanding business, and full of passion.
- Establish the competency model, rank system, and growth path for technical personnel, and continuously enhance the team's professional capabilities and engineering efficiency through mechanisms such as technical sharing, code specifications, and technical reviews.
- Develop a performance management system for the technology team, strongly linking core indicators such as system stability, delivery quality, and business value contribution to team incentives.
7. Collaboration and External Cooperation
- Collaborate with business departments such as supply chain operations, procurement, sales, and finance, thoroughly understand business pain points and needs, and drive the in-depth integration of technology products and business.
- Lead the selection, negotiation, and relationship maintenance of key technology suppliers, SaaS service providers, and consulting partners to ensure the effective utilization of external technology resources and cost control.
- Participated in major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions projects of the company, responsible for technical due diligence and technical integration work.
Requirements:
- Over 15 years of experience in technology R&D and management, with at least 8 years in core technical management positions in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, food/New Retailing industries. Must have a deep background in the supply chain/logistics industry and a profound understanding of business scenarios and technical requirements such as procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance.
- Lead self-developed or large-scale implementation projects of core supply chain systems such as WMS/TMS/ERP, with in-depth knowledge of system selection, implementation, and customized development.
- Proficient in distributed systems, microservices architecture, Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh), with experience in designing technical architectures for systems handling tens of millions of users or millions of orders.
- Deep understanding of the data mid-platform architecture, data governance system, real-time/offline computing frameworks, and possess clear knowledge and implementation experience regarding the application scenarios of AI/ML in the supply chain field.
- Familiar with IoT technology stack (sensors, EdgeComputing, MQTT, etc.), and those with experience in implementing IoT projects such as cold chain monitoring and warehousing automation are preferred.
- Proficient in laws, regulations, and technical practices related to network security, data security, and privacy protection, with experience in compliance certifications such as Equal Protection 2.0 and ISO27001.
- Familiar with DevOps system and agile development methodology, with practical experience in improving engineering efficiency and code quality.
- Possesses strong business understanding capabilities, can quickly translate business language into technical language, and use technology to address business pain points and create commercial value.
