Your background
· Minimum 10 years of experience in technology domain
· Experience in system development, system analysis, solution design and project management.
· Bi-lingual : English and Chinese (able to understand regulatory document in both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese)
· Experience in communicating with China / Hong Kong / Taiwan regulator and managing China / Hong Kong / Taiwan local vendor
· Experience in Corporate Banking business preferred
· Experience within the Cash Management and payments domain and regulatory reporting
· Application, Risk, Incident, Change & Problem Management expertise
· Understanding of technology concepts and terminology, ability to review and critique functional specifications and architectural solutions, ability to discuss development issues, priorities and schedules with technology managers
· Technical expertise in WebSphere, Weblogic, IIS, J2EE, MQ, Oracle, SQL, UNIX and Java will be preferred

A strong technologistwith hands-on experience in modern technology solution design, implementation and maintenance is required to strengthen the technical delivery team and implement China / Hong Kong / Taiwan applications. The candidate will play a critical role in solution ideation, design, and delivery. He/She will work with product teams, risk management team, technical leads, and vendor SMEs, and will have direct accountability in ensuring that applications are designed and implemented as per expectations and enterprise standards. Strong communication and engagement skills are a must.
