Job Description

Position Title

Vice President

Key Responsibilities

l Operation support in Singapore

. Provide senior‑level oversight and management support for branch and other entities.

. Support and coordinate operations across three Singapore‑based entities (Branch, MPS, and Aravest).

. Serve as the primary management and governance interface for each entity (with prior Board Director experience).

l Management of Aravest operations

. Formulation of business plans

. Reporting business operations to headquarters

. Administration and coordination of Growth Facility

. Addressing inquiries and managing reporting from Aravest

l Management of MPS operations

. Formulation of business plans

. Execution of financial arrangements, including capital increases

. Support for mid-term management of investment and loan projects
(including detailed business plan review, support for institutional decision-making, and analysis of financial and tax impacts)

l HQ Coordination & ExternalEngagement

. Act as the principal liaison between Singapore entities and HQ department.

. Lead on‑site coordination for visits by the President and senior executives.

. Serve as the accountable point of contact for local external relations and key stakeholders.

. Manage regulatory engagement with Japanese and local authorities, including statutory disclosure responsibilities in Japan.

l Governance, Meetings & Planning

. Coordinate schedules and key meetings held with HQ department.

. Facilitate internal committees and meetings.

. Create and develop business and operational plans in SG.

. Function as a control tower for cross‑entity coordination, information flow, and issue escalation.

l Entity Coverage (Aravest / MPS)

. Act as the local senior advisor to management teams on matters requiring HQ coordination.

. Provide management and governance support as the supporting department (with prior Board Director responsibilities).

. Coordinate shareholder‑related matters with MP at the local level.

. Support business and operational planning in collaboration with HQ management dept.

l Review of M&A projects

. Due diligence in collaboration with external advisors (accountants, lawyers, etc.) (including Finance, Tax, Legal, Structuring, and Valuation)

. Formulation of post-acquisition business plans

. Regulatory filings

. Contract drafting and documentation

. Coordination with stakeholders for internal approvals

. Deal execution (including CP fulfillment confirmation and funding arrangement)

. Post-acquisition PMI support

l Other Responsibilities

. Formulation of business plans for integration of SMFL Singapore

. Analysis and reporting of ALM information related to SG branch, MPS, and Aravest to headquarters

. Coordination of office relocations and fit-outworks

. SharePoint site administration and contentmanagement

. Driving compliance initiatives

. Ad-hoc assignments from headquarters
