Purpose of the role
To support the credit analysis, structuring, application, and execution of new and existing transactions, while ensuring the effective maintenance and monitoring of the assigned portfolio of accounts. The role also provides support to CSF Marketing Officers in client relationship management, business development initiatives, and ongoing marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
To support in the growth and development of the CSF business in the region
To contribute to the achievement of AIBD, ECTFD and CSF Profit targets as well as other financial targets such as NOP, Expense reduction, RoRA, etc. by supporting the origination and promotion of the business
To support the origination of CSF transactions through marketing to potential customers in collaboration with Coverage Team.
To work with senior members of the team to structure CSF transactions in collaboration with customers and other stakeholders. CSF products include pre-export finance, prepayment finance, inventory financing and MUFG TradeCo-enabled solutions, providing structured financing to commodity producers, traders and corporates across Asia-Pacific.
To work closely with Client and other stakeholders to execute the transactions including preparation of credit applications for approvals and documentation checking for financing closure.
To work closely with senior transactors and ensure cordial working relationships with all stakeholders.
To monitor the credit of CSF transactions through preparing periodic monitoring reports and to take necessary actions to credit events.
To support the planning and other administrative tasks as well as various projects of CSF.
To uphold Business Line's responsibilities as first line of defense in the area of safety and soundness
Job Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in structured transactions or Relationship Management within the Corporate & Investment Banking sector.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, including the ability to assess financial performance and creditworthiness.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
