Vice President Solutions

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Vice President of Solutions at Costa Rica Malhas. The individual in this role will drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet business goals, conduct in-depth consultations with stakeholders, oversee sales strategies, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the Vice President of Solutions will lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational objectives and maintain a focus on strategic growth initiatives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and develop effective solutions
• Expertise in Consulting and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Knowledge of Finance and ability to provide strategic financial insights
• Proven Team Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
