We are seeking a talented individual to join our Bowring Marsh team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
To coordinate placement solutions with a specific focus on Political Violence & Terrorism insurance (with some elements of Property Damage and Business Interruption and Casualty to meet business needs and client demands when needed)
Contribute to the revenue growth targets for Bowring Marsh in both renewal and new business
Lead a number of territory-specific accounts, including supporting Marsh network in accessing Asia (re)insurance market capacity. Ensure business retention and growth of the wholesale portfolio
Coordinate with other placement hubs to execute placement requirements promptly
Facilitate day-to-day policy account servicing with retail offices, global placement hubs and markets
Ensure a comprehensive analysis of terms received from markets and that the final recommended lead terms are the best for the clients
Conduct regular meetings with insurers on account participation
Coordinate with overseas colleagues on international client / cedant meetings and market roadshows
What you need to have:
More than 5 years working experience in international broking house or insurance company
In depth knowledge of General Property reinsurance business (underwriting and/or broking)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Attained Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent, ANZIFF or ACII will be an advantage
