Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Vice President, Revenue Performance.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, the position is based at the Singapore Corporate Office. The Vice President, Revenue Performance is responsible to lead and drive the overall revenue management and distribution strategy for Pan Pacific Hotels Group, ensuring optimal revenue performance, market share growth, and profitability across the portfolio.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class revenue management frameworks, pricing strategies, distribution systems, and business intelligence capabilities that support the Group's commercial and financial objectives. This includes overseeing data-driven pricing, inventory, and channel management strategies across all revenue streams, including rooms, F&B, MICE, and spa, while maintaining alignment with Pan Pacific's luxury brand positioning.
The position also spearheads the development and execution of the Group's long-term global revenue management roadmap, establishes revenue management standards and processes across properties, and advises on organisational structures and capabilities to strengthen commercial performance and sustainable growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Revenue Optimisation
- Analyze regional feeder markets to architect demand-generation and pricing strategies tailored to shifting demographics and consumer behaviour patterns.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to increase revenue generation and optimize distribution through our platform and third-party channels.
- Optimize brand product positioning and pricing architectures across an annual tactical calendar, while leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing global revenue management team.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through Loyalty and partnership marketing channels.
- Formulate pre-opening strategies, define target market segments, and execute commercial initiatives to consistently achieve pre- and post-launch revenue forecasts.
- Architect and govern the global pricing framework across transient, group, corporate, and luxury leisure segments to guarantee absolute rate parity and brand integrity.
- Negotiate and manage key global distribution partners (OTAs, GDS, consortia); drive preferred partnerships and rate integrity.
- Oversee demand forecasting (90/180/365-day) and inventory allocation across all channels (direct, OTAs, GDS, consortia, wholesale).
- Oversee channel analytics & performance dashboards: track channel contribution, ROI, and guest acquisition cost.
- Drive total hotel revenue optimization: rooms, F&B, meetings & events, spa, and ancillary services.
- Lead revenue audit & performance review: monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with regional GMs and commercial teams; identify gaps and corrective actions.
- Optimize global distribution mix: balance direct bookings (brand.com, app, reservations centre) vs. third-party channels to minimize acquisition cost.
- Manage the Singapore Central Revenue Office (CRO) while spearheading the strategic expansion and adaptation of the operational model across target regions to drive cost efficiencies.
- To set up a centralized Revenue Management Cluster model for key regions to facilitate standardization of pricing strategies, drives cross-property synergies, and optimizes regional market share across the portfolio.
Planning and Analysis
- Establish robust revenue management frameworks and long-term macro strategies that standardize operational procedures and optimize profitability company-wide
- Build global revenue KPIs & dashboards: RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market penetration index (MPI), GOPPAR, channel mix, and guest lifetime value (LTV).
- Using internal data, supply analysis, and leading economic indicators to forecast business levels across both the short and long-term view by destination and by brand.
- Develop and manage annual global revenue budgets and forecasts aligned with group financial targets, while overseeing property business plans to provide strategic, remedial direction that corrects performance deviations.
- Research relevant market intelligence, competitor information and maintain an active database of revenue best practices.
- Lead Commercial & Marketing team as representative at the operation business review meetings. Provides directions on addressing revenue challenges or opportunities.
- Drive revenue risk management: identify demand volatility, competitive threats, and macroeconomic risks; develop mitigation plans.
- Report monthly/quarterly revenue performance to the board and executive committee; present insights and strategic recommendations.
Human Capital
- Develop and implement revenue performance structure to accelerate talent capability and individual career progression.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across all teams, optimizing departmental workflows to maximize brand awareness and total revenue generation

The Person:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership capacity in similar field at a corporate level
- Possess master's degree in business, Marketing or Revenue Management.
- Demonstrates a consistent track record of exceeding corporate financial targets, establishing rigorous accountability frameworks, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and bottom-line profitability.
- Possesses the proven ability to translate corporate visions into structured, actionable operational plans, ensuring seamless transition from strategic concept to measurable field execution.
- Adept at identifying, recruiting, and developing top-tier professional talent, fostering a culture of continuous development, and aligning diverse human capital with overarching corporate objectives.
- Analyse complex macroeconomic indicators, market developments, and industry data into forward-looking strategies that mitigate organizational risk and capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
- Collaborates seamlessly across departments to align revenue goals with all stakeholders both at corporate and hotel level.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
