Job Description

Sales (Commerical Banking) is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans.

Commercial Banking covers activities related to the development, origination, and management of banking loan products, advice, and trade financing for institutions with mid-high range revenues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and financial goals.
  • Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients financial and investment needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of banking products and services.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,
  • At least 5 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to deliver sales targets
  • Proven track record in developing SME business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
