Our client, an expanding technology firm focused on financial payments and digital services, is currently looking for a Regional Vice-President - Human Resources due to business growth. This is a newly created role reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer, playing a key role in scaling operations internationally and fostering high-performance leadership and execution excellence as it prepares for future market milestones.

Based in Singapore, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and managing all people strategy regionally, acting as a HR Advisor to the C-Suites and business leaders. In addition, you will:
Lead the design and implementation of human capital frameworks to support rapid business growth
Shape organisational culture and leadership development strategies to drive high-level execution discipline
Partner with senior stakeholders to align talent initiatives with long-term corporate objectives and transition goals
Oversee the evolution of internal structures to ensure operational readiness for Initial Public Offering (IPO)
Develop robust systems for performance management and employee engagement across the organisation
skills and experience required
15 years experience in Human Resources, of which 10 years within an APAC leadership capacity
Extensive experience in human resources leadership within high-growth technology or digital sectors is required
Proven track record in building people operations from the ground up for rapidly scaling organisations
Exceptional ability to navigate complex business transitions and align HR strategy with commercial outcomes
