We are currently partnering with a leading digital asset platform in Asia to expand their institutional sales team in Singapore.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing firm at the forefront of crypto and traditional finance convergence, working with institutional and high-net-worth clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard institutional and high-net-worth clients
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions across:
- Spot trading (OTC / API), Options, Structured products
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and product discussions
- Drive client franchise expansion through strategic coverage and user mapping
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, structuring, product) to deliver solutions
- Gather market and client feedback to support product development
- Ensure a high-quality client experience across the full lifecycle
(Senior candidates will have opportunities to mentor junior team members and drive team initiatives)
Requirements
- Prior experience in digital assets / crypto markets (essential)
- Background in sales, trading, or wealth management within financial markets
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Existing network with institutional or HNW clients is highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
- Execution-driven with the ability to translate strategy into results
- Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus
