Vice President of Digital Transformation

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Vice President of Digital Transformation. In this leadership position, the individual will oversee and guide the organization's digital transformation initiatives and strategies to align with its technical and organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading business transformation efforts, analyzing the future of power systems, providing consulting expertise, managing key projects, and supporting the integration of digital solutions in power electronics and DC systems. Collaboration with global stakeholders and driving innovation and standardization will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess and forecast trends in DC systems and power electronics
• Experience in Consulting and providing strategic insights for the integration of technology and business goals
• Skilled in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration
• Leadership and communication skills to guide teams and engage with diverse global stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of power systems, renewable energy integration, and power electronics technologies is highly preferred
• Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
