Position Overview

We are looking for a Vice President, Global Immigration Service Delivery (Asia Pacific) based in Singapore (onsite) to lead regional immigration operations, service delivery, and business performance across multiple countries. This senior leadership role will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, profitability, and transformation while developing high-performing regional teams. The successful candidate will partner with global leaders, Sales, and Account Management to support strategic clients, business growth, and major sales opportunities while advancing scalable operating models, process improvement, technology, and automation across the Asia Pacific region.

Job Summary

The Vice President, Global Immigration Service Delivery (Asia Pacific) is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance, and continued evolution of immigration service delivery across the Asia Pacific region. This individual will lead a diverse, geographically distributed organization responsible for delivering exceptional immigration services, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and creating an outstanding experience for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will balance strategic vision with operational discipline, leading multiple teams while driving innovation, service quality, productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction across a complex and rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

As a key member of the global leadership team, the Vice President will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to align service delivery strategies, accelerate growth, champion transformation initiatives, and strengthen the organization's position as a trusted advisor in global mobility and immigration services.

In partnership with the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Vice President will play a visible role in supporting business growth across the Asia Pacific region. This includes participating in client and prospect meetings, contributing to strategic sales pursuits, and presenting the organization's operational capabilities, service model, delivery excellence, scalability, compliance framework, and value proposition to prospective clients. The Vice President will serve as a credible executive representative of the organization, helping to differentiate the company through demonstrated operational expertise and client-focused solutions. In addition, the Vice President will oversee a group of Managing Directors, each of whom will have specific local growth targets.

The Vice President will also work closely with the Head of Global Account Management to support the successful management and retention of strategic client relationships. As needed, the Vice President will serve as a senior regional contact and escalation point for clients across Asia Pacific, providing leadership and oversight to resolve complex service issues, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Talent Development

  • Develop and execute the Asia Pacific immigration service delivery strategy aligned with global business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional leadership team across multiple countries and service centers.
  • Drive organizational scalability, operational agility, and sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and Newland Chase Consulting on market trends, regulatory developments, operational risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity.
  • Attract, develop, and retain an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing team through coaching, an environment of continuous learning, and succession planning

Service Delivery, Operations & Transformation

  • Own regional operational performance, including service quality, profitability, productivity, resource utilization, and financial objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, standardization, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion digital transformation, automation, and technology initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and client experience.
  • Build scalable operating models that support growth and workforce effectiveness.

Client Engagement and Business Growth

  • Support revenue growth by ensuring that Managing Directors achieve business growth targets.
  • Participate, as requested by Business Development, in major sales pursuits.
  • Partner with clients and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and strategic value.
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and resolution of complex client and operational issues.

Risk and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and professional standards across all Asia Pacific jurisdictions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and adapt operating models to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and governance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in immigration services, global mobility, professional services, legal services, or a related industry.
  • 5+ years leading large, multi-country operational or service delivery organizations.
  • Demonstrated success managing geographically dispersed teams across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Strong understanding of immigration and global mobility processes, client service delivery, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven experience leading operational transformation, process improvement, and change initiatives.
  • Strong financial, commercial, and organizational leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree (MBA, JD, Master's degree, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Six Sigma or operational excellence certification.
