The Media Capabilities function helps strengthen the quality, consistency, and future-readiness of Omnicom's media craft across APAC. The team works with global, regional, and local market teams to build practical standards, frameworks, tools, training, and service offerings that help client teams deliver better media thinking and stronger business outcomes. The function focuses on three core areas:
- Building a more consistent approach to media craft, quality, governance, and best practice across APAC markets.
- Identifying shifts in consumer behaviour, platforms, technology, and market dynamics, then turning them into useful guidance for teams.
- Helping incubate and scale regional and global media capability offerings across planning, investment, measurement, innovation, and AI-enabled solutions.
About the Role
As VP, Media Capabilities, APAC, you will support the development and delivery of Omnicom's media capabilities agenda across the region. This role is about turning strategy into practical action. You will help shape regional workstreams, coordinate initiatives across markets, support adoption of global priorities, and bring teams together around common standards and ways of working. You will work closely with the President of Media Capabilities, APAC, global capability teams, market leaders, investment and partnerships teams, client teams, and specialist communities across the region. The role requires someone who understands media craft, enjoys connecting dots across markets, and can move ideas from discussion into delivery. You will help ensure that APAC teams have the tools, guidance, training, and support they need to deliver modern, consistent, and effective media solutions for clients.
