Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market research to identify potential target companies. Prepare financial models and conduct valuation analysis, including comparable company and transaction analysis. Support due diligence efforts by coordinating with external teams and facilitating communication. Develop and manage information materials and prepare various client-facing documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in an M&A, corporate strategic planning, or corporate finance role. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
