We are looking to hire a Vice President, Investor Communication

Role Overview
The Vice President, Investor Communication is responsible for managing investor communications, reporting coordination, corporate messaging, and relationship support. The role ensures that our global investors receive clear, accurate, and compliant information, while maintaining the firm's professional image across Asia.
The role leverages public relations, branding, multilingual communication, and cross-border stakeholder engagement, without participating in regulated fund management activities. The role would need extensive travel to meet and engage with investors and share communication about the company and its newsletters.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Communications & Reporting Support (Non-Advisory)
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of investor reports, newsletters, and approved fund updates
- Support responses to investor information requests, strictly using pre-approved materials
- Assist in organizing investor calls, and investor events (logistics and communications only)
- Maintain records of investor communications in line with compliance guidelines

Corporate Communications & Messaging
- Draft and manage corporate announcements, media materials, and company updates
- Ensure all investor-facing communication aligns with approved disclosures and compliance requirements
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across presentations, reports, websites, and social channels
- Manage external PR coordination when required
Stakeholder Relationship Support
- Support relationship management by coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, and managing communications
- Act as a communications liaison for existing investors without engaging in fundraising or solicitation
- Facilitate cross-border communication with stakeholders in China, Singapore, Japan, Australia, UK, Korea and Dubai.
Note: This role does not conduct fundraising, capital raising, or investor solicitation.
Cross-Border & Market Communications
- Assist with localized investor communications for Greater China, US, Korean markets
- Support translation, cultural positioning, and messaging adaptation for regional audiences
- Maintain professional communication with business partners and service providers
Reputation & Brand Management
- Monitor public communications and manage reputation-related messaging
- Support crisis communication planning and media responses in coordination with senior management
Governance, Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure communications follow MAS guidelines, LFMC policies, and internal approval workflows
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure accuracy of disclosures
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for investor communications

- Discuss portfolio strategy or
- Recommend investment products
- Solicit investors or raise capital
- Negotiate investment terms
- Make portfolio or trading decisions
- Represent himself as an investment representative
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 7+ years in public relations, corporate communications, investor communications, or brand management
- Experience working with Founders or international partners would be a positive.
- Strong background in media relations, reputation management, and cross-border communications
Languages
- Mandarin (mandatory)
- English (mandatory)
- Arabic (would be a definite plus)
- Korean (would be a definite plus)
- Japanese (would be a definite plus)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- An MBA degree would be a positive.
