Novo Holdings is expanding its Asia venture presence and is looking for an experienced investment professional to join the Singapore Biotech Bridge team in our Singapore office. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge science and high-conviction capital deployment, spanning early discovery-stage bets and late-stage investments across the Asia-Pacific life sciences ecosystem.

The successful candidate will lead origination, diligence, and portfolio stewardship across a range of therapeutic and platform biotechnology opportunities, with particular emphasis on bridging the Asia and global biotech markets.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of investment experience with early- and late-stage venture funds, with a demonstrable track record of deal execution and portfolio management
• Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage scientific, commercial, and executive stakeholders in both languages
• Board experience - prior experience as a board member or observer at portfolio companies, with hands-on governance and strategic oversight responsibilities
• Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline (MD, PhD, or equivalent) clinical or research background strongly preferred
• Deep familiarity with the Asia-Pacific biopharma landscape and established networks across China, Singapore, and global markets
