Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm to appoint a VP‑level HR Business Partner on a 4‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an opportunity to join a well‑established organisation known for its collaborative culture and high‑performance environment.
This individual will play a key role in partnering with senior business leaders across Singapore to provide both strategic and operational HR support during a critical period. In addition to individual contributor responsibilities, the role will also involve overseeing and guiding a small HR team, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services and acting as a key escalation point for complex matters.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this individual will advise on a full spectrum of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organisational change, and talent management initiatives. They will support HR processes across the employee lifecycle and collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency in policy application, governance, and employee experience. The role will include coaching and mentoring junior HR team members, reviewing work, and maintaining service standards across the function. The successful candidate will be confident engaging senior stakeholders and able to balance strategic advisory with hands‑on execution.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded and solutions‑focused HR professional who is able to operate independently while supporting team delivery. Prior experience at the VP level within professional services, financial services, or similarly complex and matrixed organisations will be advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are important for success in this role.
This is a short‑term assignment offering strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to key organisational priorities, while supporting both HR delivery and team coordination within the function.
