- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for the Singapore office, covering the full employee lifecycle
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding
- Oversee local payroll processing and employee benefits administration in collaboration with regional teams
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and HR‑related queries
- Handle government claims, statutory submissions
- Prepare HR reports, surveys and data required by internal stakeholders and authorities
- Support local audits and ensure adherence to Singapore employment regulations
Anforderungsprofil
A Successful HR Professional Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- 8+ years of HR generalist experience with strong exposure to Singapore HR operations
- Solid working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements
- Hands‑on experience managing payroll and employee benefits locally
- Proven ability to support recruitment activities and collaborate with regional HR teams
- Experience preparing HR documentation and data for audits or regulatory reviews
