Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Capital professional to join our organization as Vice President, Human Capital. This role will drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent transformation to support our long-term business goals.

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with C-suite and senior management team to translate business strategy into integrated human capital plans. Drive the execution on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.

Talent Strategy & Leadership Development

  • Drive enterprise-wide talent strategies across acquisition, succession, leadership development, and capability building. Champion initiatives to deepen the leadership pipeline and foster future-ready talent.

Organizational Effectiveness & Culture

  • Implement cultural transformation, employee engagement programs and execute change enablement activities to foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.

End-to-End HR Oversight

  • Oversee all core HR functions including senior-level recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Ensure robust HR operations including accurate payroll administration, monthly CPF contributions, year-end IRAS submissions, and tax clearance compliance.

People Analytics & Workforce Insights

  • Leverage human capital data and analytics to inform business decisions, identify trends, and present strategic insights to leadership and the Board.

HR Governance & Employment Advisory

  • Handle complex employee matters including disciplinary actions, terminations, restructuring, and employment law compliance.

HR Process Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement in HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any other related discipline. Additional relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR Business Partner and/or multiple HR functions.
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) and at least 6 years of work experience in Financial Services/Banking industry.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Law and other labour legislation.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Resilient, people-centric, and adaptable professional with strong business acumen.
