Job Description

Summary
. Responsible for leading and deploying GTCC service and maintenance business in Engineering for Singapore, Malaysia.

. Lead and manage the implementation of business strategy for the aforementioned market in Engineering.

. Collaborate and provide support for other AP region countries as needed.

. Coordinate and collaborate with VP (Power Service) and other GTCC service management in AP region.

Responsibilities
Service Strategy development and deployment
. Participate in the discussions and various meetings about strategy of expansion for its group businesses and take necessary actions.
. Gathering of regional intelligence and transferring the same to managements either by personally presenting such intelligence or wherever is required.
. Advise to improve Business to attain more efficiency and expansion of business customers.
. Establish organization to implement new LTSA programs and maintain such organization to satisfy contractual responsibility and develop further opportunities.
. Develop mid to long term strategy to expand service business in Singapore/Malaysia and other AP region.

Service support
. Monitor/coordinate/report project status and delivered products & service status.
. Assist clients for any failures arise after products and services installing or in use along with respective service contracts.
. Report activities and feedback any claim or suggest by customer to superior.

Supervisory Responsibility
. Lead and manage GTCC service engineers in the assigned region.
. Set and communicate to ensure the team is capable of achieving business goals.
. Provide sufficient training program and supervisory to the team so they can obtain necessary capability to achieve business goals.
. Give guidance for trouble shooting and Root cause analysis.

Customer Relationship
. Support service execution activities to ensure our company performs its contractual obligations in accordance with terms agreed with customers.
. Manage customer relationships through the execution phase.

. Support and collaborate with other business units as needed.
