Promote and support all relevant departments in the promotion of Bank's products and services to subsidiary clients across the region, including but not limited to Foreign Exchange and Derivatives
Develop and maintain business with existing and new clients by partnering with Relationship Managers and other key stakeholders to achieve the Bank's revenue target
Identify new business opportunities with subsidiaries of head office clients
Originate and develop cross-border business with clients outside their home markets by leveraging regional insights and global collaboration
Execute FX and rates trades and comply with the various internal rules / systems and advise assistant / structurer level, ensuring trade executions are done with all required workflows
Build strong relationships with regional clients to understand their treasury structures and decision-making models, enabling tailored product solutions and cross-sell opportunities
Deliver against KPIs (client value, active client count) by managing day-to-day client interactions, executing transactions, and supporting product-related initiatives
Provide input into deal structuring and pricing to ensure alignment with business strategy, and support transaction booking during periods of high demand
Supervise, motivate and educate junior employees through regular meetings and daily activities
Implement department's business plan and/or project
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Degree qualified
At least 7-8 years of relevant experience
Good relevant industry experience and knowledge of competitor landscape
Good communication skills with ability to influence others and sell products
In depth knowledge of products including but not limited to FX and Derivatives
Strong understanding of local regulations to mitigate risk
