Vice President, Finance / IT

YOUR TASKS:

• Develop and implement the functional strategy for region (China, Japan, Asia Pacific)
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and digitally enabled business services
• Act as a strategic business partner to all relevant leadership levels
• Manage and optimize shared service processes and regional expert centers
• Drive functional excellence through standardization and process harmonization
• Lead the digitalization and automation of functional operations
• Represent the region in global leadership committees
• Ensure governance, compliance, and transparency across all functions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least ten years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and IT - ideally within an industrial environment
• Several years of leadership experience, both disciplinary and within matrix or stakeholder-driven structures
• Deep understanding of finance and IT processes as well as their digital transformation
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of execution capability
• Proven experience collaborating with top management in international organizational structures
• Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking, and confident decision-making
• Business-fluent English skills
• Strong intercultural communication competence and willingness to travel internationally
