Enuit seeks to hire a Vice President. This is a senior leadership role responsible for leadership across Operations, Sales, Services, Support, Consulting, and People Development.
Description of the Opportunity:
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across both project and corporate functions.
- Act as a key liaison with clients, partners, and internal executives.
- Drive internal communication and reporting related to project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, project goals, and client expectations.
- Oversee HR and admin functions.
Qualifications for Consideration:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in project delivery or operations in the commodities trading industry, with knowledge on CTRM systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and corporate services.
- Deep understanding of CTRM systems, project governance, and client engagement.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong service-oriented culture.
