Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as a change agent, driving our data strategy and capabilities forward to deliver trusted, well managed quality data experiences for all data stewards and stakeholders
- Focus on building leading-edge capabilities in support of ensuring world-class experiences for data producers and consumers with enterprise platforms
- Partner with Product and Design teams to strategize and build leading technology solutions Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends in data, applying learnings to improve our business and customer experience
- Drive a forward-looking data strategy that can realize long-term and commercial objectives Lead a large data organization
- Provide superior delivery management and accountability, leading delivery teams in India partnering closely with the US teams
- Continue to recruit and develop top engineering data talent

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree
- At least 15 years of experience in technical roles including data architecture, data engineering, software engineering, or data strategy and operations.
- At least 15 years of experience within a large data-intensive multi-line business environment with significant complexity and scale.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology leadership or managing people
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Computer Science or Business Administration
- 16+ years of experience in technical roles including data architecture, data engineering, software engineering, or data strategy and operations.
- 12+ years of experience within a large, data-intensive environment with significant complexity and scale
- 7+ years of experience in executive technology leadership roles in an agile environment leading medium to large sized engineering teams
- 5+ years of experience in a cloud environment
- 2+ years of experience managing the tech strategy for an organization s flagship product
- Built modern data stacks from the ground up and managed them in production at scale
- Strong technical proficiency; well versed in public-cloud technologies, full stack software development, AWS services, technologies suited for data consumption, management and governance, tokenization, as well as machine learning techniques, or other comparable technologies
- Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
