Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Credit Sales to join our APAC FICC Sales team. The successful candidate will drive client engagement, originate trade ideas, and deliver bestinclass execution to institutional clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong client relationships across asset managers, hedge funds, private banks, sovereign institutions, and other regional investors.
  • Originate and distribute a full range of credit products, including cash bonds, CDS/indices, EM credit, structured credit, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver actionable trade ideas and market colour, leveraging collaboration with Trading, Research, Strategy, and Structuring teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities, deepen wallet share, and support strategic growth initiatives across APAC.
  • Provide clients with market updates, pricing, and trade execution, ensuring seamless endtoend service.
  • Ensure adherence to internal risk, compliance, and governance frameworks, and maintain the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Partner with Global Markets teams regionally and globally, ensuring alignment across product, liquidity, and client coverage strategies.
  • Represent Bank of America at client meetings, conferences, and roadshows, helping strengthen the firm's presence in regional credit markets.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in credit sales within a leading global bank or financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of Asia credit markets, including corporate credit, EM sovereigns, CDS, and structured solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, distribute, and execute a broad range of credit products with institutional clients.
  • Existing relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, private banks, and realmoney institutions in Singapore and Asia Pacific.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify client needs and deliver relevant solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ability to articulate complex products clearly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • High professional integrity and alignment with Bank of America's risk, compliance, and responsiblegrowth standards.
