Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory and compliance advisory across public and private investment management activities
- Draft and maintain regional compliance policies; support global policy initiatives
- Monitor regulatory developments, deliver training, and communicate updates
- Advise on cross-border activities and review marketing materials
- Support regulatory filings, audits, licensing matters, and regional/global projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- 8+ years of compliance experience, including 5+ years in investment management
- Strong knowledge of Asian regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
