Vice President – Asia Compliance (Investment Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and compliance advisory across public and private investment management activities
• Draft and maintain regional compliance policies; support global policy initiatives
• Monitor regulatory developments, deliver training, and communicate updates
• Advise on cross-border activities and review marketing materials
• Support regulatory filings, audits, licensing matters, and regional/global projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related discipline
• 8+ years of compliance experience, including 5+ years in investment management
• Strong knowledge of Asian regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
