Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Growth
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth, international digital platform to appoint a VP, Commercial Strategy & Growth, based in Asia. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and revenue development, and will play a key role in driving the next phase of business expansion. Working closely with senior leadership, you will identify and execute growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and support the evolution of commercial capabilities across multiple markets and business lines.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the commercial strategy and growth agenda across priority markets
• Identify and deliver new revenue opportunities across partnerships and business initiatives
• Build and manage senior relationships with external partners and key stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations and strategic deal execution
• Partner cross-functionally to develop and launch new initiatives
• Own key growth metrics, forecasting, and business planning
• Build and lead a high-performing team
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 12–18+ years of experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, or business development
• Proven track record of driving growth and building scalable business models
• Experience within digital, platform-based, or consumer-oriented businesses
• Strong experience managing complex commercial relationships
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
• Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
