Job Description
- Identify and initiate capital investment proposals and manage new business development projects (greenfield and brownfield).
- Develop strategies for market expansion, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, ensuring financial viability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, including customers, vendors, regulators, and internal teams.
- Manage projects through stage-gate processes, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and relationship management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
- 10 years of commercial and business development experience in petroleum, petrochemical, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of financial models, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
