Job Description
We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Client Operations to join our
Global Collateral team. This role is located in
Singapore.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Act as a key operational contact for clients, supporting day-to-day Triparty collateral activity, query resolution, reporting, and issue management.
- Leads team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
- Applies advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
- Uses strong communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
- Uses in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.
- Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
- Uses knowledge of best practices and client needs to help develop process improvements.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and enhance client experience.
- No direct reports.
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
- Supports multiple, complex client accounts.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- 7-10 years of total work experience preferred, , ideally in triparty collateral management, securities operations, custody, settlements, repo, agency lending, secured loans, or markets & client operations.
- Experience working with institutional clients and cross-functional internal teams in a global operating environment and/or client services preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in client service operations and a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Comfortable working in a high risk, high impact environment with strict controls and escalation protocols.
- Openness to consider working on Singapore Public Holidays and rotating shifts to accommodate different APAC time zones.
