An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Vice President, Capital Markets Compliance to join a highly respected global financial institution in Singapore. This pivotal role offers you the chance to support both Singapore and Hong Kongs Global Markets and Global Investment Banking businesses, providing expert guidance on local and international regulatory obligations.
What youll do:
As Vice President, Capital Markets Compliance based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in supporting the Global Markets and Global Investment Banking teams by providing expert advice on both local and international regulatory matters.
What you bring:
To excel as Vice President, Capital Markets Compliance you will bring proven experience gained from working in demanding compliance roles within leading financial institutions. Your background should reflect not only technical proficiency but also an ability to interpret evolving regulations across multiple jurisdictions. You will possess excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalenabling you to present complex concepts clearly while building rapport with colleagues at all levels. Your approach is marked by meticulous attention to you take pride in producing accurate work whether conducting risk assessments or drafting policy documents. A collaborative mindset is essential as you will frequently partner with teams across regions and disciplines. Experience advising on compliance matters or supporting new business initiatives will be highly valued. Above all else, your passion for maintaining high ethical standards combined with your willingness to share knowledge makes you an invaluable asset to any team.
